Area 17. The department shall keep records of the admission, treatment and periodic evaluation of all individuals admitted to amenities underneath its supervision. These types of data shall be private and not open up to public inspection apart from (1) upon suitable judicial order if in connection with pending judicial proceedings, (two) the commis
